We re-opened the salon on May 26th, 2020. We are open regular hours, Tuesday to Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM. We sanitize all high contacts areas before each new appointment, so we appreciate your patience.
Here is the protocol info for clients to review before coming in for their appointment:
Walk-ins are accepted, dependent on availability. There are signs at the door with instructions about what to do when you arrive at the salon. Please WAIT OUTSIDE until we invite you in, as we will be sanitizing between clients. There is an overhang in case of rain, and we are providing a chair for your comfort. We are required to pre-screen clients for COVID 19 and are asking each client to complete the government self-assessment survey just before their appointment and follow the recommendations: https://ca.thrive.health/covid19/en
Wear a mask to your appointment. If you don’t have a mask, we can sell you a disposable one at OUR cost for $2.00 until we run out of stock. We are aware you can buy them cheaper other places now, but that’s what they cost us when we bought them before re-opening. We are offering them at OUR cost as a courtesy, but would prefer you bring your own, as we have a limited supply. Note*** If you need a mask exemption for medical reasons, please notify us when you book your appointment so we can consult Work Safe BC to make a safety plan prior to your appointment.
We are now accepting no-contact payments via e-transfer to email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. PLEASE ONLY SEND ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, BEFORE CLOSING TIME AT 5 PM. Prices listed on our website do not include taxes, so please ask for your total before sending an e-transfer. We are also still accepting cash & local cheques.
